1 - Parties Enter into ArbItRite® Agreement
  • Optional: Parties may require a Binding or Non-Binding Opinion
2 - Parties Pay ArbItRite® Dispute Fee
  •  Fee for Commercial Disputes  $25,000
  • Fee for Private Disputes $1,000 - $15,000
3 -  Parties upload  a Statement of Claim and redacted Exhibits with an optional Reply.
  • Commercial disputes require redaction.
4 - ArbItRite's  panel of neutral lawyers, including a retired judge - chosen for expertise relevant to your dispute - research and render their decision in a formal written Award --or Opinion citing relevant legal authorities-- by the date designated by the parties.
5 - Under the
ArbItRite® Agreement,  the Decision of the ArbItRite® Panel can be advisory, or, an arbitration award enforceable as a judgment in any Court.
